返品・交換について
お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお断りしております。
不良品または誤品配送のみ返品・交換を承ります。
商品到着日より3営業日以内にお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡をお願いいたします。
Only faulty or incorrectly delivered products can be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation Policy
注文後のキャンセルについて
商品に欠陥がある場合以外、注文後のキャンセルはお断りしております。
We do not accept any cancellation of an order unless the product is faulty.

領収書について
領収書が必要な場合は、購入時にショッピングカート画面の「備考欄」にその旨を記載ください。

About the Delivery Address
お届け先について
1回のご注文で指定できる配送先は1ヶ所になります。商品を複数の住所に送りたい場合は、大変お手数ですが複数回に分けてご注文ください。
You can only specify one delivery address per order. If you wish to send the goods to several addresses, please place several separate orders.
About Delivery Time
配送日時指定について
ご希望の場合は、カート画面の備考欄にご希望の日時をご記入ください。
時間帯は以下よりお選びいただけます。
8:00 ～ 12:00
14:00 ～ 16:00
16:00 ～ 18:00
18:00 ～ 20:00
19:00 ～ 21:00
